Ci helps artists, venues, labels, and fans verify attendance and coordinate show-related experiences. We collect account information, app activity, invite scans, RSVP activity, device metadata, and optional location signals only when needed for Ci features.

We use this information to operate Ci, secure accounts, attribute scans and referrals, show artists and venues performance insights, provide support, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information.

Ci may share limited information with service providers that help us run the product, such as hosting, storage, analytics, notifications, email delivery, and payment processing. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, the service, or the public.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your information by contacting support@ci.app. Some records may be retained when needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate business records.
