Terms of Service

Ci is a beta product for show attribution, fan check-ins, artist tools, and venue or label reporting. By using Ci, you agree to use the app lawfully and only with accurate account and event information.

Artists, venues, and labels are responsible for the show, invite, offer, and reporting information they create. Fans are responsible for activity from their accounts, including scans, RSVPs, media uploads, and tips.

Ci may change, pause, or remove beta functionality while the product is being tested. We may suspend access for abuse, security risk, fraud, unlawful activity, or attempts to interfere with the service.

The service is provided as-is during beta testing. To request support, account help, or removal of content, contact support@ci.app.
