Ci account

Delete your Ci account

You can request deletion whether you are currently signed in or signed out. Ci verifies account control before deleting or discussing account data, and the public form does not reveal whether an account exists.

Fastest path: delete in the app

  1. Open Ci and sign in with the phone-auth account you want to delete.
  2. Open your profile menu, choose Settings, then choose Delete Account.
  3. Review the destructive confirmation. Ci refreshes the current phone-auth credential before processing.
  4. Keep the app open until it confirms completion and returns you to signed-out onboarding.

Signed out or unable to use the app

Reinstalling Ci and signing in is the fastest recovery. If that is not possible, email support. Do not send a password, one-time code, access token, identity document, or other sensitive material in the first message. Support will reply with the minimum account-control verification step.

Processing status

  1. Step 1

    Request received

The in-app flow begins immediately. Support requests receive a reply with the next verification step.

  2. Step 2

    Identity verification

Ci verifies control of the phone-auth account before deleting or discussing account data.

  3. Step 3

    Active-system deletion

Account-owned Ci records are deleted or de-identified and the linked MobileFlow/Hytch deletion is coordinated.

  4. Step 4

    Completion or retained-record notice

The requester receives completion status or an explanation of records that must remain under an applicable exception.

What may be retained

Deletion removes or de-identifies account-owned records from active Ci systems. It does not promise erasure where another party has an independent record or a limited technical, security, payment, fraud-prevention, recordkeeping, or legal exception applies.

  • Records another user or organization independently owns, with the deleted user reference removed where applicable.
  • Limited security, fraud-prevention, dispute, payment, tax, audit, or legal records when retention is required.
  • Secure backups until their limited overwrite cycle completes.
  • De-identified or aggregated information that can no longer reasonably identify the account.

Read the Ci Privacy Policy for the full retention, shared-record, and privacy-rights terms.
