The Ci Platform

One verified participation graph for live music, events, and nightlife.

Ci turns live-event promotion and attendance into a structured, verifiable workflow. Four connected capabilities run on one shared graph, so a fan who arrives, a promoter who influenced it, and a venue that benefited all trace back to the same proof.

The Ci loop

The platform begins before an event and continues through the decision that follows it. Every stage feeds the next.

Step 1

Invitation

An artist, venue, promoter, or event operator creates or imports an event and distributes attributable invitations, links, campaign codes, or QR paths.

Step 2

Attribution

Ci preserves the referral and event context, so the promoter, community, or fan behind a response is never lost along the way.

Step 3

Attendance

Recipients express interest, RSVP, and arrive. Each response stays tied to the path that produced it.

Step 4

Verification

Ci confirms attendance using the appropriate evidence and records the confidence behind every outcome.

Step 5

Proof

Verified activity becomes portable artist and promoter records, venue reports, and sponsor attribution.

Step 6

Intelligence

Verified attendance and attribution become decision support for artists, venues, promoters, and partners.

Step 7

Next action

The evidence influences a booking, campaign, reward, or programming decision, and the loop runs again.

Ci Verify

Ci Verify establishes whether a qualifying live-event outcome occurred. It is built around progressive confidence rather than pretending every attendance record is equally certain. A self-directed QR check-in creates one level of assurance. A staff scan, ticket match, qualifying dwell signal, or a combination of independent evidence establishes a higher one.

Evidence sources

  • Event QR check-ins
  • Authorized door scans
  • Ticketing confirmation
  • Guest-list or credential evidence
  • Venue proximity and geofencing
  • Optional dwell and travel signals
  • Venue attestation and partner evidence

Every outcome carries its record

Each verified outcome keeps its source, timestamp, confidence, provenance, consent basis, and a plain-English explanation. The evidence behind an arrival is never stripped away from the arrival itself.

Reports label what they show

Ci reports distinguish what was observed, verified, inferred, modeled, or unavailable, so a reader always knows which numbers are counted and which are estimated.

Observed

A fact directly recorded by Ci, such as a scan or check-in.

Verified

An outcome confirmed by independent evidence, such as a staff scan plus a ticket match.

Inferred

A value reasoned from surrounding signals, clearly separated from what was observed.

Modeled

An estimate produced by a model and never presented as a counted fact.

Unavailable

Data Ci does not have, stated plainly rather than filled in.

Ci Promote

Ci Promote makes live-event promotion attributable. A promoter can be a professional promoter, an opener, a bartender, a DJ, a host, a street-team member, a campus organizer, a regular, or a fan. No formal title is required. What matters is whether someone contributed to qualified attendance.

Measured by outcomes

  • Invitations distributed and accepted
  • Verified attendees generated
  • RSVP-to-attendance conversion
  • New attendees versus repeat attendees
  • Group turnout and venue-specific performance
  • Artist-specific performance and campaign consistency
  • Funded outcomes and fraud-adjusted performance

Empty sharing earns nothing

Distributing hundreds of links does not create durable status. Someone who reliably brings a smaller number of real attendees to difficult events should outrank someone who spreads links but produces no verified attendance. Credit follows verified turnout, not volume.

Ci Insights

Ci Insights converts verified attendance and attribution into decision support. Each audience receives outputs matched to the decisions they actually make.

For artists and managers

  • Where audiences actually attend
  • Which promoters convert
  • Which cities and neighborhoods are strengthening
  • Which supporters return
  • Which venues and co-bills perform well
  • What room size the verified history may support

For venues

  • Verified attendance and clearly labeled estimated total attendance
  • New and returning audiences with arrival curves and dwell
  • Promoter contribution and artist contribution
  • Attributable spend and campaign cost per verified arrival
  • Transportation and SafeRide outcomes where consented
  • Recommendations for the next event

For promoters

  • Performance measured against context, not raw attendance volume alone
  • A portable record of the venues and events where they reliably produce turnout
  • Recognition that reflects difficulty, not just distribution

Ci Partners

Ci Partners is the integration and aggregate-intelligence layer for ticketing platforms, venue groups, festivals, labels, agencies, sponsors, hospitality groups, and music-data platforms.

What partners can access

  • Aggregate market reports and artist-city affinity
  • Audience overlap and venue intelligence
  • Promoter-network analysis and booking indicators
  • Campaign measurement and approved aggregate data joins
  • Privacy-filtered APIs and custom research

Proof, not surveillance

The commercial product is privacy-conscious proof and aggregate intelligence generated from consented live participation. It is not unrestricted access to individual fan movement. Suppression thresholds and scoped consent are prerequisites, not afterthoughts.
