General questions
What problem does Ci solve?
Live events can count tickets, clicks, RSVPs, and bodies through a door, but none of those establish who arrived or what caused them to. Ci records the arrival with its evidence and traces it back to the invitation, promoter, artist, or campaign responsible.
How does check-in work at a show?
A fan scans a QR code at the event, which takes a few seconds and does not require a ticket. Staff scans, matched tickets, geofencing, and dwell signals can raise the confidence of that record afterwards, but the fan performs a single action.
What data does Ci collect, and who sees it?
Check-in scans and, where a fan consents, venue proximity and dwell signals. Venues, promoters, and sponsors receive attribution and aggregate results subject to minimum reporting thresholds, so they see audience patterns rather than identifiable individuals.
Does Ci sell or share personal fan data with sponsors?
No. Sponsors receive aggregate campaign results and attribution, never access to fans. The privacy policy sets out what is collected, how long it is kept, and the rights available under U.S. state privacy law.
Do venues need to install anything to use Ci?
No hardware and no change to the door process. Fans scan their own codes, and staff scanning is optional. Where staff scans or ticket matches are available they raise the confidence of a record, and where they are not, attendance is still captured at a labeled level.
Is Ci available outside the United States?
Ci is being rolled out with venues, artists, and promoters market by market rather than opened everywhere at once. Contact the team at holt@celebintel.com to ask about a specific city or venue.
What does Ci cost?
Pricing depends on how an artist, venue, promoter, or sponsor uses Ci, and sponsored campaign funding is separate from platform use. Contact the team to discuss which surfaces apply to your situation.
How does someone get started with Ci?
Artists and promoters can open the Ci portal or download the app to set up a first event and distribute attributable invitations. Venues and sponsors usually start with a conversation, because setup depends on existing ticketing and campaign arrangements.
